The "first haircut" was a non-event in our house. Because Rowan's hair is so fine, and grew in so unevenly, I've been trimming it since he was only a few months old. I've done my best to keep it looking great, but I realized I just wasn't getting that polished look that a professional can achieve. So, when I went for my salon appointment, I took Rowan. He sat on my lap while Miss Lauren "painted" my hair, and then he got some attention all to himself. Granted the haircut itself didn't get captured on this video, but the lead-up is still adorable.
